Website Analytics

Our website collects basic metadata (e.g., browser type, general location). This information is anonymized immediately. We use this data strictly for analytics to understand site traffic and performance; it cannot be used to identify you personally.

Minecraft Server Operations

To provide a functional gaming environment, our Minecraft servers collect essential technical data, including:

  • Minecraft UUID and Username: For account identification and saved game data.
  • IP Addresses: For security monitoring and network integrity.
  • Server Logs: Record of in-game actions and chat to enforce community rules.

Login Via MC (SSO Service)

JayaCraft uses Login Via MC, a custom Single Sign-On service developed by The Switchstar Group. This allows you to log into our website using your Minecraft UUID. This removes the need for a separate registration and ensures your web profile matches your in-game identity.

Discord Linking

You may choose to link your Minecraft UUID to your Discord account. This link is utilized to:

  • Synchronize perks and permissions across platforms.
  • Facilitate community updates and future features.
  • Streamline the reporting process for rule-breaking, allowing staff to verify identities between Discord and the game server.

2. GDPR and Data Rights

For users residing in the EU or UK, we acknowledge your rights regarding your personal data.

  • Right to Erasure: You may request the deletion of your personal data (such as Discord links or website profiles).
  • Operational Necessity:Please note that requesting "deletion" does not apply to active Minecraft save data or UUIDs required for server functionality.
  • Automatic Re-entry:Because the server operates on Minecraft's architecture, joining the server again will automatically re-populate your Minecraft UUID and associated technical data into our database to allow you to play.

3. Data Security

We do not sell or trade your data to third parties. We use standard security protocols to ensure that your UUID and linking information remain secure within our systems.
